REMS scan -- a USB drive with your report -- a brief explanation of your results at the time of the scan -- and an invitation to attend a small group webinar on understanding the REMS report lead by Dr. Zambito. 

How to Schedule your REMS Scan appointment

Click on the Book  link for your desired location.  The price and available dates will show for that location.  Click on the desired date and time.

Do not use the calendar arrows to navigate.  If you do not see your desired time for that date, exit from the booking page and select a different date for your desired location.

To confirm your desired appointment date and time,

you must check the acknowledgement box  indicating you have read the   Consent Form  before Confirming Booking.  To review the Consent Form click on the hyperlink in the acknowledgment. You must review the Consent Form.

If these steps are performed correctly, confirmation of the appointment will show on your computer screen. You will receive confirmation of the appointment and payment via e-mail along with appointment reminders.   If you do not receive e-mail confirmation, check your spam folder.

Please read instructions  for preparing for your REMS scan. Instructions are located under the Services tab "On the Day of Your Appointment".   A link to the instructions is provided in your appointment confirmation and reminder for your convenience.  An appointment reminder is sent 24 hours prior to your appointment.   If you have not received a reminder, check your spam folder.   If you still are unable to find it, it is possible your e-mail address was entered incorrectly as the time of scheduling.

We do not accept insurance or assist with insurance reimbursement.

There are NO REFUNDS for cancelled appointments.

a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon with 20+ years of experience.  Please read her bio under the About tab on this website.

Dr. Zambito will schedule a small group webinar to help her clients understand the REMS report. 

Clients will receive an e-mail invitation around the date of their scheduled scan with details for registration for the webinar.

February 16th will serve as a back up date should inclement weather occur and state of emergency declared.  Those who schedule for this date will be contacted on the evening of February 12th if weather is prohibitive on February 13th. The small group webinar will occur on February 16 at 5pm.  A separate e-mail with the registration link will be sent to those who have scheduled a scan.
